Sunrise over Coalcliff beach pool. The final frame I took that morning. With a decent sized swell and incoming tide, I wanted to capture the overflow and after a few shots I managed to get the shot I was after.

Nikon D800 & Nikkor 16-35mm, Lee 1.2 GND filter. PP in PS CC using Nik Software and luminosity masks.

Sunrise over Coalcliff beach rockshelf, south of Sydney, Australia. Some late golden colour appeared after the sun rose, which arrived during the middle of this long exposure.

Fantastic sunrise over Narrabeen pool on the northern beaches of Sydney, Australia. Some late colour just before the sun peaked on the horizon added some nice tones to the clouds during this long exposure.

Pre-dawn light indicating a colourful sunrise over Narrabeen pool on Sydney's northern beaches. You could call this place my "spiritual" seascape location as it was the very first place I ever shot a sunrise, so it has some sentimental meaning to me.
